Flag Tag introduces youth to cardio fitness, a new trending experience of Parkour! High movement for discipline training. Simulating Military obstacle course training. Flag Tag will help with speed, agility, stamina, strength, core building, building confidence in yourself and your team. Staying focused on your opponent but also needing to be aware of your surroundings as the players navigate the obstacle course! Not to mention how much this will help with flag football and many other great sports!
